ITINERARY : -

Day 01 Prague : All flights leads to Prague.

Welcome to Prague and the first day of this scenic European rail tour from Prague to Budapest! Arrive in Prague and head to the hotel with private transfer. If you arrive with enough time, head out and explore this beautiful city! Early in the evening. Overnight at Prague.

Day 02 Prague : Full-Day Prague Tour with Prague Castle, Lunch and Vltava Cruise.

Start your full-day tour from central Prague. Then, hop inside an air-conditioned coach for a panoramic tour of some of Prague’s major sights. Take in landmarks such as the National Theater and bustling Wenceslas Square, the scene of the protests that marked the 1989 Velvet Revolution. After your drive, take a guided walking tour around the exterior of UNESCO-listed Prague Castle. View the monumental walls as your guide shares the castle’s history, and then head to a nearby restaurant. Savor a delectable 3-course meal as you absorb the sweeping views, and afterward, see the delightful Valdstejn Garden, an Italian-style garden attached to the 17th-century Valdstejn Palace. Then, explore the baroque neighborhood of Mala Strana and Kampa Island, home to the famous graffiti-covered Lennon Wall, before taking a sightseeing cruise along the Vltava River. As you sail, admire the passing sights, including the Charles Bridge and other landmarks. Step ashore and walk to nearby Jan Palach Square, a grand square named after a 20th-century Czech student who gave his life here in the struggle again communist rule. Day 03 Vienna : Train Transfer from Prague to Vienna. Explore Hofburg Palace & Sisi Museum.

Visit one of the famous coffee houses and enjoy a hot cuppa and a slice of Sachertorte or apple strudel - two dishes Vienna is well-loved for! Stroll through the city’s squares to absorb the local culture, visit the Vienna Naschmarkt for a top-class culinary experience, or catch a live classical music performance. Alternatively, add another country to your list and join the day trip to Bratislava in Slovakia - Vienna’s twin city!

Day 06 Budapest : Vienna to Budapest. Budapest Danube River Sightseeing Day Cruise.

Board the train and get ready to say “hello Hungary!” today. Leaving Vienna, the tour travels to Budapest, Hungary’s capital city. Arrive and self check-in to your hotel.. Admire Budapest from the water on a 70-minute Duna Bella River Danube cruise. Board the panoramic Duna Bella boat, and sail by landmarks including the Hungarian Parliament and Chain Bridge as you sip a glass of Champagne, wine, beer, soda, or water — your choice. Finish by cruising around leafy Margaret Island, with the option to go ashore and explore the island's parks as you wish before catching the next Duna Bella boat back.Overnight at Budapest. (B)

Day 07 Budapest : Budapest Danube Bend Full-Day Tour with Lunch.

Discover the sights of the Danube Bend in one trip on this full-day tour from Budapest. Drive across the border into Slovakia, and visit Esztergom’s green-domed Basilica, the seat of Hungary’s Catholic church. Then, admire the Danube views from hilltop Visegrad Castle and enjoy a guided stroll around cobbled Szentendre, famous for its art shops.
